These terms govern your use of the OmnikloudAI website and services. By engaging us or using this site, you agree to them. We've kept the language readable on purpose.

1. Our services

OmnikloudAI provides revenue-leakage audits and builds accountable follow-up systems that connect the tools a business already uses. We configure process — we do not replace your existing software, staff, or judgment. Specific scope, pricing, and deliverables are defined in a separate proposal or agreement for each engagement.

2. Audits & estimates

A Revenue Leakage Audit is a diagnostic starting at $195. Findings, projections, and any figures described as estimates are informed opinions, not guarantees of results. Actual outcomes depend on your data, market, and execution.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use this site and our services lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of them, including client portal areas that are not yours.

4. AI, automation & human control

Our systems use AI to prepare briefs, drafts, and flags. A human reviews and decides before anything sensitive is sent. Sample data shown in demos is labeled as sample data and does not reflect real customers.

5. Intellectual property

The site, its content, and the OmnikloudAI name and marks belong to us. Configurations we build for a client are governed by that client's agreement. You keep ownership of your own business data.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmnikloudAI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
