To reply to inquiries, scope and deliver audits and systems, send service updates, and — only if you opt in — occasional insights emails. We never sell your data, and we never auto-send messages on your behalf without a human reviewing them.

We use AI to help prepare briefs, drafts, and flags. People make the decisions. Nothing sensitive is sent to a customer or third party automatically. Sample or illustrative data shown in demos is always labeled as sample data.

4. Sharing & processors

We share data only with the service providers required to operate (e.g. hosting, email, workflow automation), each bound by confidentiality. We disclose information if legally required, and will tell you where we're permitted to.

5. Data retention

We keep inquiry data as long as needed to respond and for our records, and client operational data for the duration of the engagement plus a reasonable wind-down period. You can request deletion at any time.
